The main floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, a study, dining room, and a great room perfect for teaching and discussion.

The basement holds a theatre-discussion area, an 8′ billiard table, work out room, library (including a Murphy bed functioning as another bedroom), a bathroom, and a full kitchen. 

Outside, there is a wrap around porch on three sides of the house.  Included in the porch configuration are three gazebos for gazing over the lake and its surrounding environs or simply quiet conversation.
