The top floor has five bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The main floor has a great room perfect for teaching and discussion, a dining room with a table that can accommodate up to 20 people, a  fully equipped spacious kitchen, a study, laundry facilities and two bathrooms.  Also located on the main floor is a suite with two bedrooms, a kitchenette and a small living area.

The basement holds a theatre-discussion area, an 8′ billiard table, work out equipment, an extensive library (including a Murphy bed functioning as another bedroom), a bathroom, and a full kitchen.

Outside, there is a wrap around porch on three sides of the house.  Included in the porch configuration are three gazebos for gazing over the lake and its surrounding environs or simply quiet conversation.
